General Conditions
- The Pure Air Store Rewards program is open to all ThePureAirStore.com retail customers.
- Existing and newly-created ThePureAirStore.com accounts are enrolled in the program automatically and are eligible to participate immediately.
- The Pure Air Store Reward points do not constitute property of the program member and are not transferable between accounts.
- The Pure Air Store Reward points have no cash value and can only be redeemed at ThePureAirStore.com or where applicable by law rewards are valued at 1/20 cent per point.
- The sale, barter, or transfer of The Pure Air Store Reward points is prohibited.
- ThePureAirStore.com reserves the right to review any and all The Pure Air Store Rewards accounts at any time for compliance with the program rules, without notice to the program member.
- ThePureAirStore.com reserves the right to modify the program and/or these rules in any way at any time.
- ThePureAirStore.com will not provide regular statements to program members.
The Pure Air Store Reward Point Accrual
- The Pure Air Store Reward points are accrued on each eligible order purchased via ThePureAirStore.com.
- Standard The Pure Air Store rewards points at a (non-promotional) rate of 1 point per $1.
- The Pure Air Store Reward points will post to a program member's account when the corresponding order ships.
- Products at ThePureAirStore.com are valued at a certain number of The Pure Air Store Reward points.
- The number of The Pure Air Store Reward points assigned to a particular product may vary over time.
- Occasionally, ThePureAirStore.com may offer a promotion increasing the amount of The Pure Air Store Reward points associated with a product.
- Orders on which any amount of The Pure Air Store Reward points are redeemed will not accrue new The Pure Air Store Reward points.
The Pure Air Store Reward Point Redemption
- The Pure Air Store Reward points may be redeemed only via ThePureAirStore.com.
- The Pure Air Store Reward points accrued on a current order will not be redeemed on that same order.
- In the event of a product return, the member's The Pure Air Store Reward balance will be reduced for each item returned by an amount equal to The Pure Air Store Reward points accrued when the item was purchased.
- If a return is requested and points for the such order are already consumed, the credit will be deducted $1 for each reward point redeemed.
The Pure Air Store Reward Point Expiration
- The Pure Air Store Reward points will remain in a program member's account and be redeemable as long as the member's account is active and in good standing, and while the program is in force.
- Should ThePureAirStore.com decide to terminate this program, or significantly modify it, ThePureAirStore.com will notify members at least 30 days in advance.
- In the event of program termination, all The Pure Air Store Reward points will become void.
